Solution for MLSs and Brokers

MLS's face no easy task. Realtors are always looking for extra services from the MLS but they don't want to pay much in fees. Kind of like the Simpsons cartoon where a character brings 100 items to the supermarket checkout and says "I want all these items in one bag and I don't want that bag to be heavy". Add that to constantly changing technology and a slower market, and it's no easy task for forward thinking MLS's to succeed. We have a few solutions designed for MLS's to help out.

Property Search Solution (A)

The first solution is a property search for each realtor in your MLS. How does it work? We will create a map based home search for each member of your MLS. What is the cost? It's free. Ok, so what's the catch? Or property search is based on data we get from google base and other syndication services that send data to realestateset. So the data is by no means complete.

Property Search Solution (B)

If you would like us to provide a property search for your realtors that has information from the MLS, we can do that as well. Unfortunately this requires some time on our part so we can't offer the service for free but we have tried to keep it affordable. To provide a property search for realtors based on your data the setup cost is $1000-$1500 depending on the format you provide us the data. The ongoing cost is $300 a month. The service can be used by an unlimited number of realtors.

Unfortunately, the data will not be incorporated into the general real estate set search. It will reside in a separate database for your MLS.

Website

Realtors always want a website and unfortunately they often get charged too much for them. We can help. When new realtors sign up with your MLS, you can have them pick from one of our several website designs. Then send us a weekly spreadsheet OF new signups, and we will get their websites setup and running.

Mix and Match Property Search Solution

You can offer both solutions to your realtors. So you could offer the free search for free, and offer the paid solution for $5 a month. Now not only are you providing a great solution to your members but once you pass 20 subscribers you are actually making money. The extra revenue could be used to pay for existing services in an economic downturn.

This is a great solution for MLS's looking for innovative ways to deal with the economic downturn.

A Social Media Plan for your MLS

Social Media is playing a larger and larger role in the real estate industry. We can get your MLS set up on all the major players in the social media landscape (twitter, youtube, facebook, linked in). The set up cost is $500. We can also keep all your social media outlets updated for $500 a month. There is no minimum contract. If you are unhappy or decide social media does not serve your MLS you can cancel at any time.
