We also have a few widgets that show the state of the national real estate market. Based on the most recent statistics on home sales and levels of inventory it looks like on a national level the real estate market is showing signs of improvement. The months of inventory is moving down and sales (seasonally adjusted and non seasonally adjusted) are moving up. While it's too soon to call an end to the down market these are both encouraging signs.
